I enjoy my job every day.
Not a single day has been boring since I joined AVM. My friends tease me about it – but that's how it is. I'm able to have a real impact in my area and feel challenged in a good way. Sometimes even today I'm just stunned when I think how quickly the team grew and what we've achieved together. To me, AVM is all about professionalism, team spirit, and feeling valued. That's been my experience for more than ten years.
My work gets noticed
My first job at AVM was as a team assistant working in international sales, which was when we really got going. Today I lead a team of ten people, who work directly with the sales department. To put it another way, we handle everything to do with orders, goods deliveries, and evaluating sales activities. I particularly enjoy coordinating our work as a team and supporting the transfer of knowledge within – for example, like when we’re developing a new reporting tool.
A company you stick with
AVM’s size is just right for me: it's more structured than a start-up, but more personal than a corporation. I have a lot of opportunities to get involved and also feel seen. Many colleagues have already been here for a long time and are still very passionate about everything. I think we're all quite similar – we're professional, friendly, helpful, and we like to have fun. And when the work's enjoyable, everything just flows.
