I can see the results of my work.

When I started at AVM back in 2021, I was in charge of retail points of sale. This is about overseeing the way our products are presented in across all electronics stores in Germany. I particularly enjoy developing ideas to make these environments more digital. People should be able to learn more easily and in less time. I was able to develop this new area and can also see the results on location.

On the road as a sales tag team

My responsibilities also include managing online and offline marketing for one of our most important retail partners – meaning the whole range from online stores to flyers ads that arrive in the mail. My colleague takes care of the sales side of things. AVM always has two dedicated contacts, one in sales and one in marketing, to support our large retail partners. We call that a sales tag team.

Good ideas receive support

The vibe is great at AVM. I get on really well with my colleagues. The work environment is so productive and supportive. AVM has been a market leader and at the forefront of innovation in Germany for many years, and you can really feel that. The company is made up of great colleagues. Some are new, while others have been here for years, developing the entire market from the ground up. You can learn a lot from them. My colleagues and my manager support me, and I enjoy a lot of freedom in how I put my ideas into action.
