AVM offers a range of employee benefits that are designed to make every day a little more rewarding. The employee benefits are tailored to the role and location. You can find a list of the specific benefits on each job description.
AVM provides you with the hardware and software that you need to carry out your tasks. Your new workplace will be equipped with an up-to-date PC and usually two monitors; you can request a laptop for working remotely. The exact equipment varies from team to team: Apple devices are used for iOS app development, for example, while powerful workstations are used for compiling or AI applications if needed and, of course, the test labs are extensively equipped.
As long as the job you’re interested in is still advertised online, you can apply. That said, you’re welcome to send us a speculative application at any time.
Every job ad offers you the option to apply right there online. It’s convenient – you don’t need to register or create a new password. Just fill out the application form, upload your documents – and you’re done.
Your CV/resume, diplomas/certificates, and references would be key, as well as your salary expectations and when you might be able to start.
Once you’ve submitted your online application, you’ll receive a confirmation – so you'll know everything has gone through smoothly. The recruitment team will then review your application and pass it on to the corresponding department. This team will then decide who will be invited for interview. If your profile might be a fit for other roles, our recruitment team will review your suitability for these, too. Either way, you’ll hear back from us as soon as possible.
This depends on the vacancy and the number of applicants. As soon as a job opening goes online, we give everyone who's interested a certain amount of time to submit their application. After careful examination, we forward suitable applications to the corresponding department. We make sure you receive a response from us as quickly as possible.
At AVM, we first invite you to an initial interview, where you'll get to know members from the team working in the department. If this goes well, you'll be invited to a second round, which will include someone from the recruiting team. Don’t be surprised if you’re given a technical challenge or asked to give a presentation. This isn’t a test in the traditional sense – but rather something that provides a stepping stone for us to go deeper into conversation with you.
There is no dress code! Just wear what makes you comfortable. You don't have to wear full business attire for your interview – but you can, of course, if you want to.
