As long as the job you’re interested in is still advertised online, you can apply. That said, you’re welcome to send us a speculative application at any time.
Every job ad offers you the option to apply right there online. It's convenient – you don't need to register, nor do you need to create a new password. Fill in the application form – upload your documents – and you're done.
Your CV/resume, diplomas/certificates, and references would be key, as well as details about your salary expectations and when you might be able to start.
Once you've submitted your online application, you'll receive a confirmation – so you know that everything has gone through smoothly. Then the recruitment team will review your application and pass it on to the corresponding department. This team will then decide who will be invited for interview. If your profile might be a fit for other roles, our recruitment team will review your suitability for these, too. Either way, you'll hear back from us as soon as possible.
This depends on the vacancy and the number of applications. As soon as a job opening goes online, we give everyone interested a certain amount of time to submit their application. After careful examination, we forward suitable applications to the corresponding department. We ensure that you receive a response from us as quickly as possible.
At AVM, we first invite you to an initial interview, where you'll get to know members from the team working in that department. If this goes well, you'll be invited to the second round of interviews, where someone from the recruitment team will sit in. Don’t be surprised if you're given a technical challenge or asked to give a presentation. This isn't a test in the traditional sense – but rather something that provides a stepping stone for us to go deeper into conversation with you.
There's no dress code! It's just important that you feel comfortable. Nobody has to wear full business attire for their interview – but you can, of course, if you want to.

We’re very open to working students at AVM, and have many student jobs available. We also offer internships. You’ll always receive payment. Please submit a speculative application if interested.
